The job of a manager is to set people up to succeed. Sadly, some managers see best people as a threat to their own position so they withhold proper tools, support and the necessary information which sets people up to fail. The fastest way to destroy a company is to create a toxic culture of tearing others down. Build up the employee and you build up the company. “We rise by lifting others.” Agree?
